Ioanna Kerasopoulou
Choreographer
Ioanna Kerasopoulou was born in a small seaside town in Greece. At the age of eighteen, she studied Musical Theater in Hamburg, Germany. In the following years, she participated in various seminars led by internationally renowned dancers: Ohad Naharin, Johannes Wieland, Ernesto Edivaldo, Anton Lachky and others. Throughout her career, she has worked in Greece, Germany, Island and Chile under the direction of Antonia Economo, Theater Anu, José Vidal, Sita Ostheimer, among others. In early 2021, she founded the Compañia Oxymoro in Chile and has since been the director and choreographer of the project, developing the CicloAntagonico Technique. With the Company, she has toured with her works and technique in 11 countries in Latin America and Europe. Additionally, she is the founder and director of the Kinissis Festival and co director at the RED NUMAL.

Director and founder. International Festival with a focus on Movement Techniques, programs renowned artists in Latin America and Europe.
Based in Chile, she founded her own company. Contemporary dance; technical development, artistic creation and festival production.
She enters as an interpreter in the piece "Poblar" for Festival 100 in Un Día, since then she participates in a series of productions and artistic cooperations whit Compañía Ensamble, part of Comunidad Escénica, directed by Alan Ibáñez.
She starts working with Vidal in the EMERGENZ project, Kampnagel Theatre, Hamburg. Then she travels to Chile for "Emerger" at Festival Santiago a Mil 2020 and "Ensamble en la cocina" in the 2021 version.
Company led by Bille Behr. She works for her at
Vita-Thea Festival, at Festival Der Lichter, and on the project "Urban Nations" at the Bienalle 2019 in Berlin, Germany.
In Greece, under the direction of Antonia Economo, she works as a performer on "Holy Father" and "A".
