XYPNA (Despierta) is inspired by the discouragement of humanity, reflections from a pandemic. A fragmented, linear, structured, tense, repetitive, blocked body journey is presented, in constant collision with new limits that is influenced by the effects of a productive society. But how do we reflect that productivity? Be

mechanically efficient, the withdrawal of social life and addiction to screens, the

abuse of technology, the need for consumption, dissociation and lack of respect for nature and feelings. What to do when all that is over? Where to find support? In "Xypna", we propose a staging where the affections of a

contaminated body are a before that can be transmuted and an after where humanity manages to find spaces of spirituality, giving way to atmospheres loaded with gods and rituals, proposing a possible more connected humanity

With Herself. This piece seeks to shock its audience, bringing the body to a collapse of information that passes through us and mobilizing their imagination and inviting them to reflect on these times from the perception of a collapsed body.

Could it be that perhaps humanity is not ready for big changes?

XYPNA (Despierta) is inspired by the disillusionment of humanity and reflections stemming from a pandemic. It presents a fragmented, linear, structured, tense, repetitive, and blocked bodily journey, in constant collision with new limits influenced by the effects of a productive society. But how do we reflect that productivity? Being mechanically efficient, the retraction of social life and screen addiction, the abuse of technology, the need for consumption, dissociation, and the lack of respect for nature and feelings. What to do when all that ends? Where to find support? In "Xypna," we propose a staging where the afflictions of a contaminated body are a past that can be transmuted and a future where humanity manages to find spaces of spirituality, giving rise to atmospheres filled with gods and rituals, suggesting a possibly more self-connected humanity. This piece seeks to shake its audience, taking the body to a collapse of information that crosses us, mobilizing their imagination, and inviting them to reflect on these times from the perception of a collapsed body.

Perhaps humanity is not ready for significant changes?
